Fat Burner Guide July 13th, 2007

The aim of anyone on a diet is to burn fat, as this is the best way to lose weight. It isn’t only what a person eats; no matter how we look at it, exercise is important too. A combination of regular cardio sessions, strength training and a strict fat burner diet are the best and quickest ways to burn fat fast. The cardio training gets the heart rate up and gives an instant boost to the metabolism while the strengthening and toning exercises keep the metabolism working for much longer. The amount of glycogen in the body needs to be minimized in order to increase the rate at which fat is burned. Once you avoid carbohydrates, the glycogen stores in the body are used up and the body then begins to produce glucagons, fat-releasing hormones, and fat is subsequently used for fuel. This type of fat burner diet can cause headaches and carb cravings, making it a hard regime to stick with but there is no denying its effectiveness.
